It’s the return of “Meet Your Sensei!,” with this month’s teacher – Andre sensei!
Q: Where are you from? What’s your favorite thing about your home country? I’m from near Orlando, Florida in the USA. My favorite thing about my home country is the amazing and juicy burgers from Cheddars and Johnny Rockets. Also, I love the carefree culture that we have there and the freedom of speech.
Q: What did you enjoy doing when you were a kid? When I was a kid, I usually rode my bike around the neighborhood with my friends and played the piano and drums.
Q: What did you do before becoming an English teacher? Before I became an English teacher, I was an airplane engineer working for Boeing.
Q: What’s your favorite Japanese food? My favorite Japanese food is gyuudon, chicken nanban, and sushi. Also, Kirin is my favorite drink.
Q: Why did you want to live in Japan? I came to Japan to learn Japanese and live in a country other than the US.

Q：英語教師になる前は何をしていたのですか？ 英語の先生になる前は、ボーイング社で飛行機のエンジニアをしていました。
Q: 好きな日本食は何ですか？ 好きな日本食は、牛丼、チキン南蛮、そしてお寿司です。また、お酒はキリンが一番好きです。
Q：なぜ日本に住もうと思ったのですか？ 日本語を学び、アメリカ以外の国で生活したいと思って日本に来ました。
